Shipping and Handling charges vary depending on size, weight and the delivery location of the merchandise.
According to our work schedule, usually an order can be shipped on the same day if you have submitted the order by 11 AM EST, but it is not guaranteed. If the order cannot be shipped within the same day, then usually the order will be shipped on the following business day. We have UPS, FedEx and other shipping companies to provide the best service to fit your business needs and to ensure on-time delivery. Tracking number will be provided by your account manager upon request.
It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charges that may apply, including any extra charges for services you requested, for example, special routing, inside delivery, etc. All shipping charges are estimated until invoiced.
The handling fee of $7.95 will be applied to the invoice if the subtotal is between $1 to $49.99, and $19.95 for any orders that are between $50 and $149.99. No handling fee will be applied once the order subtotal reaches $150.
Please note: Please inspect the box(es) for signs of damage before opening your product. If you think there may be product damage, please take a photo of the unopened box.
Once you received your order, you have up to 24hours to report any shortage/damage to Cellularforyou.
