Q: How can I get the Price?
For protecting our customers interest from exposing their costs, our prices are only given out by sales rep to registered customers. Please sign up for a new account first and your sales will contact you for pricing. Registered customers can call or email to request the price list too.

Q: How can I order without price on the website?
Please feel safe to make a sample order online. All online orders from new registered customers are solely for estimate purposes. The sales will contact you shortly with an estimate. Payment information is not requested when customers checkout, but only requested after the customer reviews the estimate and confirms the order. No order will be processed without customers' confirmation.

Q: What's your minimum requirement?
Minimum order of (US) $250 dollars is required per order.

Q: How long it takes to ship out my order?
All orders take 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process and ship out from our New York warehouse. Most items come in 6 pieces per pack and 120pcs per box. Please order by pack or box quantity if you can, it will make the order easier to process and in turn ship out faster.

Q: Do you do drop shipping?
Yes, we do. Please sign up first and contact your sales for further information. There will be a $1 handling fee applied on each dropshipping order. All orders will be shipped out the same day by USPS unless there is a special request.

Q: What packaging do you have for the products?
All packaging and detailed pictures are shown when clicked on item numbers. Most of Reiko's products come in nice retail blister packaging.

Q: Hong long will it take for my order to reach me?

Q: How do I give you my credit card information for payment?
Due to security reason, we will never ask you to enter your credit card number online, if you are a first time customer, after we receive your order, our sales representative or accounting department will contact you for your credit card information.

No, ReikoWireless.com does not sell actual cell phones.
